To ensure total customer satisfaction, we execute a strict operational flow protocol:

• On-Site Supervision: Our technical team performs the requested sanitation or facility work strictly according to your layout instructions.
• Joint Inspection Audit: Before our team leaves your corporate premises, a final facility walk-through inspection is conducted with your authorized representative.
• Sign-Off Approvals: Any adjustments or special cleanups must be pointed out to our team during this audit window so we can correct them immediately on-site.

3. Issues Discovered Post-Service

If you notice an overlooked area or an operational discrepancy after our team has checked out of your facility, please contact our helpline within 24 hours. While we do not issue cash refunds, we will evaluate the report and may send a technical team back to re-clean or address the specific issue at our discretion.

4. Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to change your service schedule, you must respect the following timelines:

• Rescheduling: You can change your service date by providing notice at least 24 hours before the planned arrival time without penalty.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before deployment may incur a baseline fee to cover staff transit and administrative allocation costs.
